Congratulations. The previous inspector of the Azika City Checkpoint has retired peacefully. As a result, you have been appointed as the new registration officer, responsible for guarding the final gate into the shelter zone.

Are You Human? is a first-person simulation game that blends identity inspection, stealth exploration, and psychological pressure. During the day, you sit behind the counter of a checkpoint and process strangers who arrive seeking entry. Check their names, ID numbers, personal records, documents, and suspicious details before deciding whether they should be allowed into the shelter. Stamping “approved” or “rejected” is easy. Living with the result is not.

Every applicant may be hiding something. Some records do not match. Some people behave strangely. Some carry forbidden items. Others look completely normal. Search the computer database, examine IDs and passes, question visitors, inspect their belongings, and make decisions with limited information. Rules may change. Records may be wrong. Your judgment will shape the safety of the camp and the dangers waiting after dark.

At night, the city outside the checkpoint is no longer safe. Leave your desk behind and explore dim streets, buildings, and rooms. Gather resources, search for clues, avoid danger, and investigate the “residents” who entered during the day. One wrong approval may become a threat you cannot undo.

This is not just a job about following rules. You must notice details, manage resources, weigh risks, and survive between doubt, fear, and responsibility.

Inspect. Judge. Approve. Reject. Then face the consequences.
