FOOD FIGHT! is an arcade style party game the last thing you want to do is pay the check. Throw food and make a mess of your opponents. The messiest player is chased by the waiter to pick up the tab, and whoever the waiter finds first foots the bill. It's like dodgeball meets Overcooked with a Pacman ghost desperately trying to hold someone, anyone accountable for all the chaos.
Throw Food: You'll find yourself in a restaurant surrounded by tables full of delicious meals. Pick up any of them and huck it at your nearest friend. The meal will splat, the check will increase by the price of the meal, and the waiter will not be happy. The more expensive the food, the messier the mess, and the waiter doesn't like being left with either.
Dodge Food: Turns out food isn't just for throwing. You can also eat the food for a quick dash without adding to the bill. More expensive food launches you further and faster giving you a chance to dodge incoming projectiles and that pesky waiter.
Dodge the Check: Once the first player is struck by a meal, the waiter will chase them. He'll pursue the messiest player to pay the tab. So redirect his attention by throwing more food at your opponent or cleaning off your mess with a few napkins. If he catches you, you'll pay the check for that round, and it comes out of your budget.
When your budget reaches zero, you go broke and lose the food fight.
It's silly. It's competitive. It's a tug-of-war. And it's the most fun when played the old fashioned way: on a couch with your friends.
