But in 2001, everything collapsed.
A catastrophic terrorist attack destroyed the imperial capital and killed millions. The regime began constructing a new capital: Second Germania.
Then they arrived.
Unknown beings descended from the stars.
They did not speak.
They did not negotiate.
They left behind only a crystal virus.
Civilization died soon after.
The infected spread across the planet.
The dead refused to stay dead.
The richest and most powerful escaped Earth for another galaxy.
You were left behind.
