Low Effort Romance is for players who enjoy character-driven stories, slow-burn tension, and the unique horror of realizing you are an adult and have to deal with things... yourself.

The people who have to deal with her:

  • Owen is her golden retriever ex. Three years of living together and parental disapproval ended in the ditch. He's great, and he has washboard abs. It wasn't anyone's fault, life happens.,

  • Hal is IT. He shows up, fixes the thing, disappears. Says something that lands a little too well, then goes back to the server room. Emma has started noticing things she has no business noticing. She's not going to unpack that.,

  • Raymond has been in Emma's corner since week one and has made it everyone's problem. He knows exactly what's going on before she does, shows up at her desk with unsolicited commentary, and is right about everything in the most irritating way possible. She owes him everything and he knows it.,
