Would you survive a panic attack? Test your limits in this anxiety-inducing twin-stick shooter and prove that you are the most resilient person in the world.
Blast away the Intrusive Thoughts using your Inner Weapon and survive the nightmares to make it through.
It's never been so difficult to calm down.


  • Choose your Inner Weapon to destroy the Intrusive Thoughts.
  • All the Inner Weapons are completely unique: abilities, shooting, speed and accuracy are different from each other.



  • The higher the BPM, the stronger, faster the Intrusive Thoughts become, the quicker they’ll spawn and higher will be the points you get. If you can survive high BPM, you will be for sure the best.
  • You'll hear the heart pounding and the mind degeneration, thanks to the immersive sounds.
