Defense of the Earth

Gameplay:

Embark on an exhilarating journey in this turn-based strategy RPG, where you'll navigate through diverse missions. Engage in epic battles to conquer, defend, or safeguard targets, employing the environment to your advantage.
Utilize the unique abilities of your squad members, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. You start with a squad of 3 and can recruit 4 more members over the course of the game. Shape their expertise by unlocking new skills through battle experience. Build camaraderie between missions by conversing with teammates and honing their skills through training or research in your headquarters.
Choose wisely from a great number of missions and side missions, selecting the squad members best suited for each task.


Story

Following the aftermath of a world war, you aided the Emperor in rebuilding the empire. However, the looming threat of returning aliens remains largely ignored, dismissed as mere mutants by the populace.
Despite your human appearance, you've been genetically enhanced to surpass the capabilities of ordinary humans, alongside other modified groups like the Eternals and Neohumans.
Your friends Chien, Joanne and you were the only survivors of the last war's final epic battle, where you've heard the ominous declaration of the aliens' impending return. As the revered war hero and the Emperor's Sentinel, you embark on an unofficial quest to prepare the Earth for the imminent invasion. Assemble a formidable task force of Earth's finest warriors, uncovering and researching plans for space invaders' defense. The fate of humanity rests in your hands.
