You need to repair the electrical panels and activate the generator in this underground hospital where genetic experiments are conducted on individuals sentenced to death. You need electricity to contact the military! Remember, this is a remote location where radio frequencies are weak, and you are all alone.

Choose a character background at the beginning of the game to gain different abilities.

• Be Prepared

Creatures can emerge from the darkness at any moment. Try not to waste your energy and always be prepared.

• Adjustable Difficulty Level

Is the game too easy for you? You can adjust the difficulty level and try the expert mode.

• Arsenal - Weapons

Tired of running away from the creature? Find the hidden weapon in the game and become the hunter. The creature may become enraged in this situation.

• Increasing Tension

Don't waste your time. As the game progresses, the creature will grow stronger, get to know you, and be able to sense you from a greater distance.

• Tremors

This place seems outdated. Occasionally, there might be minor tremors underground. Stay still during the tremors!

• Mental Health
